Draft restart schedule (v1 — NOT finalized, flagging for your pain points)
Same pattern sequence as before (nothing skipped), redated from today. This is a straight-line 7-week plan at the original ~11 problems/week pace — I have not tried to compress it further or cut scope, because that's a real trade-off decision, not mine to make silently.

End of DSA/SD sprint under this draft: ~Sep 15, 2026 — one month later than the original Aug 15 target.
The tension this creates, stated plainly: apply phase (resume polish, referral DMs, 75 applications, mocks, interview loops, negotiate, close) would compress from the original ~12-13 weeks (mid-Aug → Nov 11) down to ~8 weeks (Sep 15 → Nov 11). That's on top of the 90-day HCLTech notice period already flagged as making Nov 11 tight even under the original schedule (offers were already projected to realistically land closer to Dec). This draft makes that worse, not better.
Options I see, not deciding for you:
- Hold the pace, slip the target — Nov 11 becomes informally "Dec-ish," matches the notice-period math anyway.
- Compress the DSA pace — more problems/week to hold Sep 15 or earlier. Real question: is 11/week actually the ceiling, or was the W06-W10 stall about something else (motivation, distraction, wrong problems) that a faster pace wouldn't fix either.
- Cut scope — fewer SD problems, or drop weaker DSA patterns, to protect the apply-phase runway.
- Start applying now, DSA/SD in parallel — breaks the "no apps during sprint" rule from Jun 21, but that rule was set when the sprint was still on track.
This is exactly where I want your pain points before I lock anything in.
